Cairns is considered the gateway to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. This city provides easy access to the reef, beautiful beaches, and mountainous rainforest. The city itself is lined with bars and restaurants and it even has a swimming lagoon. We spent 72 hours in Cairns and it didn’t disappoint! I highly suggest booking some tours along with exploring this city. Below are 5 things that are must-sees and dos in Cairns!
